The process with HomeSec was been one of the simplest and smoothest out of many Funders I’ve used. For my first application I was given amazing feedback and guidance from my BDM Anastasia who helped my navigate the full process from submission to Settlement.

Homesec delivered the requested loan within the time frame specified. Efficient and relatively seamless loan process, legal documentation was a bit chunky but not over the top.

Excellent Customer and Broker Expirience
As a refferal broker I was very impressed with the customer and broker centred expirience offered by Catriona.
Despite my application being wedged between New Year and Christmas Public Holidays, the team worked promptly to get my client access to funds within a few days. Both Tim and Catriona demonstrated care for both my client and myself as the broker. Giving us frequent updates, promptly responding to requested and emails and showed transparency in the process. Transparency, promptness and communication are they key factors to a positive lending experience and the HOMSEC team demonstrated it despite the holiday period.

Actual time to settle was in excess of 24 hours.
Delays caused by property appraisal (in lieu of doing a valuation) and legal documents clearance by Solicitors.
Solicitors requirements were not fully detailed in their letter of instructions resulting in delays responding to additional requirements.
Legal fee quote of $A3900 did not include out of pocket costs associated with settlement process.
