Business client needs funds tomorrow? What would you do?
Paul Stone asks the question a business owner faces when money is needed by tomorrow and a bank cannot move that quickly: what is a short-term business loan, why the exit strategy matters, and how the cost is disclosed before you commit.
The question in this video is the one your business clients are asking when an opportunity or a bill will not wait for a bank. Paul Stone's answer is a short-term business loan secured by property, held for as short a time as possible and repaid by a planned exit.
The points Paul makes
- A bank cannot usually move quickly enough when the money is needed now.
- Short-term business loans have been around for years, but many small businesses do not know they exist.
- The trick is to hold the loan for the shortest time possible, so know the exit before you start: usually a refinance through a major bank, or the sale of stock or an asset.
- The exact cost is calculated once you apply, and you are under no obligation to proceed.

I have a question for you. What would you do if your business needed a large sum of money by tomorrow? Well, unless you have a wealthy relative who can help, most people think of their bank. But in reality, we all know there is no way in the world a bank can move that quickly. So back to the question, what would you do?
Well, there is a very handy and little known solution out there called a short-term business loan. They've been around for years, but a lot of small businesses still don't even know they exist. Thankfully for you, because you're watching this short video, now you do. Knowing that these fast settling short-term loans exist gives you a competitive edge. Imagine if an opportunity arises and you can make a fortune if only you can get your hands on the funds to buy into the opportunity.
The trick with these loans is to have them for the shortest amount of time possible. You simply need to know what your exit strategy is. In most cases, it can be a refinance through a major bank or maybe a sale of stock or an asset.
And what about the cost? Well, these loans are only designed to be for a short period of time, so they aren't calculated on a normal per annum basis. However, as we're all about transparency, once you've applied, we will be able to calculate the exact cost of the loan and then the decision is up to you. Remember that with us, you are under no obligation to proceed if you don't think the loan will help you.
So don't put it off a minute longer. Just simply click on the Apply Now button, complete the 60-second application form, and away you go.
